Inside, these filtering units starts with a 1" thick special
Tar Trapping Pre-Filter that traps

Carbon, removing chemicals found
in Cigar, Pipe, and Cigarette tobacco smoke and other odors and gases. Lastly,
microscopic pollutants meet their match as they are removed with the
2" thick 99.7%
at 0.3 micron HEPA
Filter.

| Tobacco
smoke consists of nicotine, tars, other irritants, water vapor, and carbon
dioxide. Much of the invisible smoke is caused by the high boiling tars within
the tobacco, which immediately condenses in the form of microscopic sticky
droplets. They adhere to walls, ceilings, furniture, carpets, drapes, clothing
and other furnishings. It is the brown residue!
Smoke and the invisible vapors from cigarettes, cigars and pipes are one of the main causes of odor in homes, club rooms and other areas.
